As a part of its commitment to the empowerment and development of South African women and culture, students are invited to participate in SAWA's scholarship program here in Atlanta, Georgia. To enter, students must present in 1000 words or less a specific critique or argument for the Land Reform Act of Section 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
